4Cr5MoSiV1 grade is a hot work die steel under GB/T 1299 standard. It belongs to tool alloy steel. Katalor can produce round bar, flat bars, square bars, and hot rolled plates.
GB 4Cr5MoSiV1 material has equivalent grades like DIN 1.2344, AISI H13, JIS SKD61 and SS14 8407.

Quenching: 790℃±15℃preheating, 1000℃or 1010℃(furnace controlled atmosphere)±6℃heating, heat preservation 5-15min (air cooling), 550℃±6℃tempering; annealing, hot processing
Delivery Condition: 4Cr5MoSiV1 die steel plates is delivered in annealed condition.
