10Ni3MnCuAl plastic mold steel is a low alloy precipitation hardening steel. It will have good comprehensive mechanical properties after heat treatment like high hardenability, convenient heat treatment, small deformation, good polishability. This material has good nitrideing, electrical machining, welding and pattern marking performation.

10Ni3MnCuAl material is equivalent to JIS NAK80. Its hardness is 37-43HRC. The quenchining temperature is 840-870℃,the tempering temperature 200-500℃.
Round bar: ф28mm to 300mm
Flat bars: 10-130mm to 60-610mm
Rolled plates: Thickness: 100mm-400mm
