D2 cold work mold steel has high wear-resistance, micro-deformation. The carbon content is up to 1.5%, and the Chromium is high to 11.5%. Its hardness is up to 60HRC after heat treatment.
D2 cold work mold steel can be used to produce cold work mold steel with large cross section, complex shape, high impact force and high wear resistance, such as silicon steel sheet die, cold cut scissors, trimming die and so on.
